Sam Webb is Of Counsel to the Fulton Strahan Law Group, where his practice is devoted to strategic domestic and international business counsel, especially tax law, regulatory counsel, and real estate matters. In addition, Sam has handled hundreds of lawsuits over his career, primarily in property tax valuation and eminent domain.

 

He also represents foreign and domestic clients in tax planning, utilizing creative regulatory strategies to minimize the tax burden on and maximize the benefits to his clients. Sam regularly counsels clients on economic development programs and is an expert on Foreign Trade Zones (FTZs), speaking on FTZs at the Port of Houston and National Association of Foreign Trade Zones Annual Conference.

 

Earlier in his career, Sam was a Team Leader at an international consulting firm providing tax and trade advisory services to Fortune 500 clients. He has also drafted model tax legislation and given legislative testimony. Sam currently serves as General Counsel to Bettencourt Tax Advisors LLC.

 

Sam devotes his extracurricular time to ministry, education, and family. Sam serves as a Legal Fellow for the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention and in leadership at his local church. In addition, Sam has served as an adjunct faculty for business law and ethics at several universities. Most importantly, Sam is married to Lindsey and they have three kids and enjoy great adventures.
